Our favourite infused water recipes

The possible flavour combinations of infused water are endless, but here’s three of our favourites.

Refreshing watermelon basil fusion

- 6 x thick slices of cucumber
- Handful of basil leaves
- 4 x cups of chilled, filtered water

Strawberry lemon fusion

- 5 x strawberries, cut in halves
- 4 x slices of lemon with no seeds
- 4 x cups of chilled, filtered water

Cucumber mint fusion

- 6 x thick slices of cucumber
- 40g x mint leaves
- 4 x cups of chilled, filtered water

Cherry lime fusion

- 30g x of pitted cherries, cut in half
- 4 x slices of lime with seeds removed
- 4 x cups of chilled, filtered water

Directions

1. Combine your fruits, spices and herb infusions in a sealable jar.

2. Add water.

3. Stir the ingredients well.

4. Allow the mixture to infuse over a few hours in the refrigerator (for stronger flavours, leave it to infuse for longer)

5. Enjoy your deliciously refreshing concoction
